✅ Lease Renewal Fee:

• $100–$200 per renewal

• Covers tenant retention and lease updates.

✅ Maintenance Coordination:

• Included in management fee (owner pays actual repair costs only).

• Emergency support available 24/7.

✅ Additional Services (Optional):

• Eviction Processing: $150–$250 + legal fees (if needed)

• Move-In/Move-Out Inspection with Report: $75–$150
